Steve’s hands on approach and thorough understanding of the DC market has allowed him to stand out amongst his peers by continually locating hard to find talent and those who stand out as the top 5% of the marketplace. Mija is a Principal – VP of Accounting and Finance Recruiting with AtlasAdvancement, Inc., and manages and mentors the firm’s Finance and Accounting recruiters.
While attending George Mason University, Mija worked full time for Staples Corporation and became the youngest General Manager in this well-known publicly traded firm.
After she graduated, she joined AtlasAdvancement. Since joining AtlasAdvancement, Mija has continued on the fast track, having been promoted two times and achieved incredible success filling positions from Staff to CFO level for private and public clients in the DC Metro Area.
Mija received her BS in Business from George Mason University.

Mike Segna is a Manager with AtlasAdvancement, Inc. where he focuses on recruiting for Finance and Accounting roles. He was very active in the community being involved with event coordination and implementation around campus and local organizations. Mike played Ice Hockey growing up playing for multiple travel teams and eventually for ODU.
Stephen Moschella is a Manager with AtlasAdvancement, Inc. on the Finance and Accounting team. After graduating from college and networking with some of the top recruiters in the industry and learning more about the staffing profession, Stephen decided recruiting was the career he wanted to pursue. Growing up with a father who is a Big 4 CPA, Stephen felt compelled to specialize in the Finance and Accounting.
Ian Gray is a Senior Recruiter with AtlasAdvancement, Inc. where he focuses on recruiting for the Accounting and Finance team. Prior to joining the team at AtlasAdvancement, Ian was a Manager at a well-known golf entertainment complex and had a major focus in Marketing. He has taken the skills he learned in marketing a business and seamlessly applied them to the art of marketing individuals to his clients. Ian’s main focus is helping match passive job seekers that are top-performers in their firms with their next great opportunity. Ian has a Bachelors in Marketing from George Mason University.
Katie is the Operations Manager with AtlasAdvancement, Inc. Her experience with recruiting, human resources, social media, and business operations enables her to manage the internal operations and logistics of AtlasAdvancement, Inc. She is passionate about supporting individuals and businesses to achieve greatness, which makes her a natural fit. Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Christopher Newport University’s Luter School of Business. Katie’s drive for positive work culture is second only to her work ethic and determination.
Jason Racanelli is a recruiter with AtlasAdvancement, Inc where he focuses on recruiting for the Finance and Accounting team. Jason moved to the United States 3 years ago from Canada to manage one of the first Earls Kitchen + Bar Restaurants, that opened in the US. After he first moved here, he had to find the perfect staff for success, which is where Jason found a passion for recruiting.
Outside of work, Jason is a sports enthusiast that loves to travel. His goal is to travel the world to learn more about mankind from other cultures and backgrounds. He believes that the more you know about where someone came from, the better you can help them in where they are going. He is excited and ready to make an impact on peoples lives. Jason went to Simon Fraser University where he studied Business Management and Marketing.
