Must provide exceptional customer service to insure client retention and sales growth
Understand complex client/ user issues and recommend solutions
Recognize client business trends and report them to sales team in a timely manner
Assist in product development team to author requirements for new and innovative solutions
Assist technical support so that our product/services meet the needs of the client
Develop and maintain open, honest relationships with clients, partners and colleagues
Generate documents to support bid responses
Maintain a current familiarity with the security industry including publications news, and more
Identify new opportunities for expansion with new clients and industries

Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5+ years of proven success
Pre-sales capacity (Inside/Outside Consulting Sales Support)
An understanding of contracts and the procurement processes
Work well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of photo shop and other imaging software
Basic understanding of software coding to include Java Script, JSON, XML, C, C#
Knowledge of various web services Google Map, Google Earth, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
Proficient with all MS Office Suites and Google Mail
